Hey peeps! So going off course just a little... We just wanted to give a big shout out to the new Chinese restaurant, Fire and wok, that has just opened in Cowgate, Peterborough 🍜 Honestly guys, it is definitely the place for impeccable service, delicious food, followed by an instant food coma 😅
Highly recommend the set menus...There were 4 of us, and we selected 2 set menus for 2, and pictured is just the main courses!! (well, what was left of it 😅)
We were so busy tucking in we didn't take any pics of the first, and intermediate courses! 🤭😅 SOOO so delicious 👌🏻 We will 100% be returning. Get yourselves down there asap !
And, of course we had to wash it all down with a couple of cocktails (and maybe a couple of shots) from our fave local establishments 🤗🍹

A little late to post 🤭 but a girls trip to London called for a bottomless at the three lanterns in Leicester Square. If you're in the area, you HAVE to check it out.
We had a couple of extra brunch testers this time, and we were all in agreement that this place scored top marks across the board 👌🏻

Price- fantastic value for money, ESPECIALLY taking into account the location.
Service- Exceptional. Very attentive table service 👌🏻
Cocktails- Delicious!! Great menu, and all cocktails were very yummy and went down a treat 🍹🍸🍹
Food- Unbelievable! This has to be the most delicious brunch menu I've seen yet. The burgers were phenomenal and all come with fries. A great variety of choice and super yummy.
Overall- Faultless 👌🏻 a super brunch. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend. If you're in Leicester Square, directly up from the Lego store, go give it a try 🤗

Helloooo peeps! We have finally climbed back aboard the bottomless barge, and kick started August off with Bijou, a local bar in Peterborough. Situated on the main high street, so easy to find. We have visited here before, but they've had a little refurb, which is lovely, and a shake up of their menu's, so thought we'd check it out on an afternoon off 💁🏻‍♀️

So here goes on the verdict... 🫣 First and foremost, the COCKTAILS ! 🍹🍸🥂 They looked stunning! But unfortunately, most of them didn't quite hit the mark.. 😬
FOOD was 'OK' a choice of a pizza, or two small plates, with vegan and gluten free options available. Just hope you're not hungry as it takes quite a while to arrive, so definitely recommend lining your stomachs prior to visiting 👍🏻😂
PRICE was good at £37.95 pp with an option to upgrade for a more extensive cocktail menu (they do have great names 👌🏻)
SERVICE.... Not great. 🫣 The ladies in there during the day are lovely, though we weren't sure who was actually serving us. Each time we have been in, there has been some kind of drama with the business. The staff are trying to manage the issues whilst serving, but are distracted and trying to juggle both front and back of house... All businesses have their issues, but it should definitely not be for the attention of the customers. We definitely left a little deflated.

...and we're back !! And what better way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon, than doing a brunch, bottomless style !! 🤗

This time we stumbled across an R&B Bottomless brunch at Katana, Peterborough 👌🏻 An Asian cuisine restaurant, with beautiful decor.
2 hours of Bottomless cocktails or mocktails, a local DJ playing all the classic dancefloor R&B vibes and a choice of a Bento box meal or sushi platter, all for £39pp !!

What a great afternoon!! 🙌🏻 We all had the Teriyaki Bento boxes, such a nice selection of food for one meal choice 👌🏻The cocktails were a bit hit and miss, a couple left us a little underwhelmed. But we definitely didn't complain 🍸🍹The music and vibe was on point 🎶🤗 who doesn't love a little b***y wiggle like you're in the club, at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Last, but not least Vikram, our server, was fantastic and very attentive ! Top marks Vikram !

A turtle bay bottomless brunch today! Popped in to our fave local establishment in Peterborough. All newly refurbished outside seating area, which is fab 👌🏻 Both the cocktail and the food menu have had a bit of a shake up. As always can't fault them, all were incredibly delicious 😋 We do however, miss the good ol' rip off a paper menu at the bar vibe, it was definitely part of their charm (and we miss ticking off our cocktails with a lippy 💄😂) There is a choice of 2 small plates, or 1 main (which comes with a side) and 2 whole hours of cocktails for £40. Bargain right !?
If you're a regular, definitely download the Turtle bay app and start collecting turtles 🐢 for money off future visits. Also check out the secret menu located on the app, there are some hidden gems in there 😉 Top marks all round I'd say, though service could have been a little quicker for us.. 💁🏻‍♀️ We'll be back soon! 💛
