Saturday was my first market day with Blue Robin Collective, and I want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried something new, or took something home. It was a great first step for the business and a chance to introduce the products properly.

The Oat Bites were the best sellers, and I’d be interested in any thoughts on the Hot Chocolate Mix as well. Positive or negative, all feedback helps shape things going forward.

I’ll be back next month, with more Aberdeenshire markets being lined up too.

Our first market is tomorrow at Men's Shed Bridge of Don Producers Market .

We’re bringing a small first lineup of the products we’ve been working on this summer:

• Oat Bites — Cashew & Vanilla
• Oat Bites — Peanut, Orange & Cranberry
• Honey & Cinnamon Roasted Cashews
• Herbal Teas — Peppermint, Chamomile, Lemon Thyme & Ginger
• Hot Chocolate Mix (made with real 70% dark chocolate callets)

We’ll be serving our herbal teas hot at the stall, made from the same home‑grown herbs in each blend.

Our Hot Chocolate Mix will be available in jars — the takeaway version will arrive later in the season.

Looking forward to getting Blue Robin Collective onto a market table for the first time. 🌿

Our herbal teas are ready — three simple, honest blends shaped by the herbs we grow here in Aberdeenshire.

Peppermint, Chamomile, and Lemon Thyme & Ginger — blended in small batches using home‑grown herbs where we can, and carefully sourced additions while the garden finds its feet 🌱

These three blends round out our first product lineup while we keep developing what comes next.

Our second product is officially here — and it’s built on proper ingredients.
Blue Robin Hot Chocolate Mix is made with real 70% dark chocolate callets, finely pulverised and blended with simple, honest additions to create a deep, cosy flavour that feels right at home in Aberdeenshire. ☕️

Small‑batch, rustic, and crafted with the same care as everything we make.

We’ll be bringing this to markets very soon — one is already confirmed, but more on that soon. 👀

Tomorrow, item number three arrives — and it adds a completely different kind of flavour and texture to the Blue Robin lineup.
