I've just been sowing some carrots.
I do like to sow them late in the season (but not this late, ideally) to try to avoid pesky carrot fly as we don't use pesticides.
We reckon this machine hasn't been used for the best part of 30 years. It's small compared to modern machines but it's perfect for us.
We cleaned it,freed a couple of bits up and greased it up and away it went. It's got rid of the seeds so we'll wait and see if anything comes up.
Fingers crossed we'll have lovely new carrots to sell ready for your Christmas dinners 🤞
