Our new signature cocktail using Plymouth Honey Flavour Gin delivers, sweet, sharp, smooth satisfaction.

The Bee's Knees:

Ingredients:
🍯 60ml Plymouth Honey Flavour Gin
🍋 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
🐝 15 ml Fresh Honey Syrup
🍋 1 Lemon Twist

Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

If Plymouth Honey Flavoured Gin is unavailable, the Bee’s Knees is delicious with Original Plymouth Gin. Enjoy!
