Rounding off a very eventful week at the whitleigh community market! From homemade birthday cake for my 21st to Knowle Primary School summer fayre yesterday and finally selling some cakes again today! Thank you to everyone who has bought some cakes and I will be at whitleigh until 1pm today!

Thank you to everyone at the 35th Plymouth Scout Group today! Everyone was so kind and hopefully I can come back soon! Photos of the baking that was available today will be added to this post soon and a photo of the plush that was donated to the raffle will also be added!

Good evening everyone! I will be at the whitleigh scout group Easter event tomorrow selling many bakes and a small amount of knitting! Unfortunately due to an upcoming busy schedule this will be my first event of the year and last event until June, however, orders are still open and I will make sure to find time to meet every order in a timely manner! Hope to see everyone there tomorrow!

Last week I tested a new recipe: lemon and raspberry cheesecake with the photo below being all that was left after testing finished! Good reviews all around! Can’t wait to continue this spree including events all through this year!

Merry early Christmas everyone! I made this cake this past week for my university class and lecturers. My first ever raspberry and vanilla checkerboard cake with mint buttercream and chocolate drizzle top. Positive reviews all around!
