📢 We’d love your feedback!
Hi everyone,
We’re reviewing our store opening hours and would like to know what works best for our customers and the local community.
Our current opening hours are 7:00am–9:00pm. Please vote in the poll for your preferred option:
🕖 7:00am–9:00pm — keep the current hours
🕙 7:00am–10:00pm — return to our original hours
🕚 6:00am–11:00pm — open earlier and close later
🕚 7:00am–11:00pm — match Tesco’s opening hours
We are also working on bringing our prices more in line with Tesco. Instead of requiring customers to use a loyalty card, we plan to offer competitive prices through monthly promotions. When Nisa introduces its own loyalty scheme, similar to Co-op Membership, we will look at bringing it into our store. We may also introduce our own rewards programme in the future.
I’m constantly working behind the scenes to improve the store, make everything run more smoothly and bring new products, services and offers to our loyal customers and community.
Our plans for a Subway, butcher’s and café are still progressing, and we hope to know soon when the building work can begin.
🎉 We also have some great news — our National Lottery terminal is expected to be installed during the first week of October! Woohoo!
We’re getting there, one step at a time. We have plenty of space available, so please let us know what else you would like to see added to the store. Leave your recommendations in the comments or speak to a member of our team.
We previously approached KFC, McDonald’s and Popeyes about opening in our car park, but unfortunately they declined because they already have locations around 7–10 minutes away.
What other food outlets, services or businesses would you like to see here? Please vote in the poll and share your ideas below! 👇(Poll in the next post)
Thank you for continuing to support your local store. ❤️
