We have taken the decision to close tomorrow (Tuesday) with the ongoing issue around the safety of our water continues.

We won’t be able to use running water to wash or clean food, plates, surfaces or hands.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Wednesday (fingers crossed).

Why visit the Lamp Room?

We use local suppliers for our meat and dessert keeping money in our local economy.
The Welsh Cake Shop The Cheeky Caff Kitchen and Event

We employ, support and train local autistic and disabled adults.

We are a community interest company so all the profit goes to keeping food prices affordable and running events like carers meals.

We pay our taxes - unlike the big chains who avoid them, singing us boosts the economy.

Our decor is unique and focusses on the mining heritage of the Rhondda.

We are a lovely welcoming bunch of people 🙂

We have an onsite car park - so no walking long distances to park.

We are fully accessible - no stairs, flat surfaces and a ramp entrance to our building.
