Sunday evening at Poole Yacht Club felt pretty special. We were invited to serve Shanty Coastal Cocktails during one of the biggest sailing weekends on the South Coast, with crews and guests gathering on the balcony after a long day out on the water in Poole Harbour and the bay. The wind may have taken the evening off, but the atmosphere certainly didn’t. Sunshine, sea air, beautiful boats drifting across the harbour and great people enjoying coastal cocktails in one of the most stunning serving spots we’ve had the pleasure of being part of. A perfect match for Shanty.

Also, shout out to Sarah who was an absolute star behind the bar all evening - pulling a double shift from Christchurch Food Festival straight over to Poole Yacht Club… on her birthday as well. Proper legend.
