A few pictures from January
It started by finishing off a busy Christmas/New Year cooking stint , many meals made, one photo taken (last pic,last meal!)

Road trip to the South of France, always a joy to be back there, why is the supermarket experience so much more enjoyable ..?

Days spent in Cornwall were filled with epic wind, rain and great show of aurora

First Retreat cooking of the year at beautiful yoga retreat in North Devon cooking the most delicious vegetables grown by my mate, such a pleasure when produce grown with love and care.

A little Sunday lunch for a beautiful day retreat with and

The menu was Ayurvedic focused
- Rendang Dahl and Rice

- Pumpkin, Squash and Chard Salad (grown by Emma)

- Beetroot and Apple Chutney, and sprinkles

Pud was ginger cake with pear and date sauce

A Woody Wonderful Weekend cooking for ‘s retreat . .hughes inspired us with his passion and knowledge for all things wild and foraged.

Also Big thank you to the awesome who is producing the tastiest locally grown veggies and herbs - they are an absolute delight to cook with (and eat!)👌
