🍽️ Highland Hog Roast at Balfreish Barns 💒💍

This is an incredibly personal food post, I got married a few weeks ago and we chose so well for our caterers and venue, I mean, just look at that!!

the whole process was a breeze and the staff were incredibly helpful, it really made our day so special!

Canapés: Mozzarella and Tomato crostini, smoked salmon Bellini, chicken skewers, mushroom vol au vent.
Main meal: hog roast with rolls and crackling, rocket tomato and red onion, potato salad, red cabbage coleslaw, feta wild rice, chorizo pasta salad, Mediterranean couscous cous
Hot rolls in the evening.

Had the best valentines meal here a few months ago, it was a set menu for 2 and we couldn’t fault a thing. Staff were so lovely and the food was phenomenal. Definitely recommend getting a few cocktails while you’re there. Can’t wait to be back for some more delicious Indian food.
