Good morning everyone! I’ve been a bit quiet of late, but been busy behind the scenes getting things ready for this years gardening season! Here is a list of plants that will be ready shortly…. Pots of dianthus (pinks) available. Pretty little hardy front of boarder perennials growing to around 20-25cm high. In various shades from bady pink to hot pink. with regular dead heading these will flower for long periods over the summer. Collection is from Gregson lane hoghton pr5

Large pots of erigeron “stallone” these dainty daisy like flowers start off pink and fade to white with yellow centres. Great in a pot a round the base of a shrub or tree, likes dry soil and will self seed freely! Collection is from Gregson Lane PR5

Large pots of gorgeous salvia cherry lips! These perennial plants are a great addition to the garden, they flower for extremely long periods of time over the summer months! Lupins are a cottage garden favourite. With there tall spikes of pea like flowers over palm shaped leaves that catch the rain in the centre, these are beautiful plants for the garden. Growing to around 70cm high once established, they are happy in full sun or part shade. Available in red, yellow or purple/blue just budding to flower now £4 per pot. Lysimachia clethroides or gooseneck loosestrife as it’s more commonly known is a hardy upright perennial which is topped with Shepard’s-crook shaped heads of white star shaped flowers in mid to late summer. The foliage of oval leaves turns shades of yellow and orange in early to mid autumn. It likes full sun or part shade, ideal for a mixed boarder and grows to a height of 60-80cm. £3.50 a pot collection is from Gregson lane PR5. 🙂
