Almost 2 years later and my stalkers are still at it. I had a feeling they were planning to launch something false and nasty about me on my FB business page. (Probably if i go back to the Lancashire Police) And it seems i was right! 🙄I'm becoming quite familiar with the developers tools page. (Right click a web page and click 'inspect'). BTW some of my notifications are being blocked so if anyone has messaged me and had no reply this will be why.

My name's Claire. I'm the owner of Roots 'n Shoots. 17 months ago Roots 'n Shoots was hacked and sabotaged. This was a personal attack on myself by someone who i thought was a friend. Due to the nature of the sabotage Roots 'n Shoots was unable to trade for 11 months. Upon re-opening the business it has not been possible to recover Roots 'n Shoots to it's previous level of trade. Therefore it is with a sad heart that i have to say that Roots 'n Shoots will have to close. The last of the stock is currently available on the website.

I would like to say that the personal attacks on myself (both hacking and stalking of me and my network) have stopped but unfortunately this is not the case. After contacting the Police who didn't help, i am seen as an existential threat to the hacker and his helpers. So they continue to monitor my every move. With both audio and visual surveillance on my house and all my devices hacked, privacy has become a distant memory for me. As a woman on her own with no support this situation continues to have a detrimental effect on my health. I am however a spiritual person and a strong believer in karma and so i know all will be well in the end. I would like to urge all women to be careful who you become friends with. Technology can be a good thing but it can also be used in malicious ways.

On that note i would like to take this opportunity to thankyou all for your custom and support over the past few years.

BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE!
More reliable than your Wi-Fi and love life combined.

Ingredients:

35g Roots ‘N Shoots Berry Blast Protein

20g rolled oats

1 large frozen banana – (thick, creamy, and here for a good time)

150g frozen blueberries

200ml plant-based milk – (choose your vibe: oat, almond, soy… you do you)

A swirl of blueberry fruit spread - because we’re all about that extra touch.

Method::
🥤Throw it all in: Toss everything (except the fruit spread) into the blender. No need to overthink it.

🥤Blend it like you mean it: Hit that button until it’s smooth enough to make your blender feel fancy.

🥤Garnish like a pro: Swipe a little blueberry fruit spread around the inside of your glass. It’s not just a smoothie, it’s an art project.

🥤Pour & enjoy: Fill that glass up and feel like you’ve just won breakfast.

🥤Sip, smile, repeat.
