5 years ago this week… and honestly we’ve no idea where that time’s gone 🥹

From bare distillery walls and covid markets to dandelion harvests, gin schools and recipe developments… it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.

Still farming.
Still distilling.
Still making it up as we go along half the time 😂

A bit of a black sheep… but that’s exactly the point.

🎂 Grandad is 90 🎉

He’s probably the best-known face of the business – customers all know him & even call him grandad too! If you haven’t seen him in the distillery, you’ll have no doubt spotted him at his favourite hangouts around Longridge, always in his merch, always repping us… even on Christmas Day!

He arrives daily to check in and put us straight – giving out praise where it’s due and a kick up the backside if needed too. When he isn’t here, his favourite place to be is his country garden – probably the best-kept garden in Lancashire – which he tends all by himself at 90 years young! 🌹

🥂 Later today we’re hosting a celebration of Grandad’s wonderful years with all his friends and family, raising a glass today and to the years ahead 🥳

Happy Birthday Grandad. You are simply the best. ❤️

We’re full bore into show season now and what a season it’s shaping up to be ☀️ it’s been so lovely seeing so many of you. Whether you’ve stopped for a chat, picked up a bottle, treated someone to a gift or just shared a G&T with us – thank you. ☺️

We’re only a little family business and every bit of support keeps us going and means more than we can say. It’s a crazy climate (being very PC there 😉) to be trying to keep the wheels turning, so when you choose us, it really does make all the difference.
