5 years ago this week… and honestly we’ve no idea where that time’s gone 🥹
From bare distillery walls and covid markets to dandelion harvests, gin schools and recipe developments… it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.
Still farming.
Still distilling.
Still making it up as we go along half the time 😂
