Happy September! 🤎

Not sure how that happened...the school holidays seem to have flown by! But September is looking GOOD…a very special family adventure, Bonti’s first birthday and the beginning of a brand-new chapter are all on the way!

A few dates for your diaries:
📅 Sat 5th Sept: OPEN 9am - 1pm
❌ Sat 12th Sept: CLOSED
📅 Sat 19th Sept: OPEN 9am - 1pm for Bonti Bakes’ first birthday celebrations!

This Saturday will be your last chance for a Bonti fix before I take a little break...because after Mini Bonti returns to school for a few days, we’re heading off on a very special family trip for a very special wedding ❤️🇱🇻🇬🇧❤️

Then we’ll be back on Saturday 19th September for Bonti’s first birthday! There’ll be free birthday cake, a counter full of Bonti favourites and a few little birthday surprises 🥳

And then begins a brand-new Bonti chapter…because from Wednesday 23rd September, we’ll be OPEN FOUR DAYS A WEEK!

Wednesdays: 9am - 1.30pm
Thursdays: 9am - 1.30pm
Fridays: 9am - 4pm
Saturdays: 9am - 1.30pm

Well this is more like the Cornish summers us Cornish folk are used to...it might be looking a little miserable outside this morning - but it’s warm and cosy in here, and smells gosh darn incredible 🤤

Come and escape the rain with a hot coffee, something delicious from the counter and a cosy seat to linger a little longer.

A little something new for tomorrow 👀🌸

Bonti School Cake!

My take on the nostalgic classic - soft vanilla sponge, simple glacé icing and, instead of the usual sugary rainbow sprinkles, naturally beautiful edible flower petals. All the school cake nostalgia goodness, with a little Bonti makeover 🌸

On the counter from 9am tomorrow, alongside some old favourites and some special new additions xo

Going back a couple of years to the days when it was all about celebration cakes! I still absolutely love this simple strawberry & cream wedding cake 🥹🌸

Bonti Bakes is turning ONE! 🎂🤎

I can’t quite believe that in just a few weeks it will officially be one whole year since I opened the doors to my little cake shop 🥹

We’ll be celebrating on Saturday 19th September from 9am - 1pm, and I’d love you to come and celebrate with us!

There’ll be a counter full of Bonti favourites, free birthday cake and a few little surprises along the way!

🍌 Banana & Salted Caramel Mini Loaves! Just LOOK at these little lushies 😍

Soft banana cake with crunchy banana chips and salted caramel baked right through, finished with a salted caramel glaze, banana chip and a little scattering of edible petals 🌸

They’ll be making their Bonti Bakes debut on the counter tomorrow! Will you be picking one up?

Good morning, Probus! It’s Carnival Day! 👑🌸

The counter is full and we’re open right through until 4pm today, ready to help you celebrate the final day of Probus Fun Week!

Today’s offerings include the ever-popular pick ’n’ mix:

So excited to have these special Carnival Crowns in the shop tomorrow! Just perfect for enjoying while you watch the carnival, don’t you think?! 👑🌸
