Chef just levelled up the iconic baked potato, since we didn't have any beans or cheese he whipped up a sauce which added a flavour dimension to this classic staple plus a kick of chilli.

Give it a try next time you feel for a baked spud or if you have some curry sauce left over.

My first time and it tasted gooood, so I went back for seconds.

Chef does it again.
