We popped into Gourmet Shakes Isle Of Man today on Windsor road while we were in Douglas for a quick coffee which was superb 😀
And if you are 90s babies like us, the owner kindly showed us his old Pokémon cards which was pure nostalgia, I absolutely loved it ❤️ we will definitely be back for some food as it’s a great little place right in the heart of Douglas with a great community feel 😊

We are finally having a break after TT so we will be closed until Sunday the 21st for our fathers day afternoon tea 😀
It’s been a very busy week with lots of new faces, afternoon teas, birthday parties, baby showers and plenty of take away whole quiches 👍

Stay tuned as we will have plenty more things in the pipeline once we’ve got ourselves together again after much needed rest 💚

I haven’t made this one in a long time so it was a team effort between myself and Becca 👨‍🍳

This one is all gone sadly but we will definitely be making it again very soon 😀 💚

One of our customers gave us a load of fresh apples the other day and wanted to see what we’d come up with 😀
So here is our vanilla and raspberry panna cotta topped with apple compote and crumble with freshly whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

🌺 We are back open today from 12pm - 4😀

Our soup of the day is spiced cauliflower with our house baked bloomer bread 🍞

We also have baked mini mango gluten free cheesecakes on offer 🥭

Pre shift vs post shift ☕️ 🍺 😓
So that’s TT done and dusted then 🏍️ 🏍️ 🏍️
As you can see I’m knackered which is a good thing 😆 and many of you have been asking if we are closed next week but we have decided to close the following week for some good quality family time and get the much needed jobs done 🙏 from the 14th till the 20th and back open for our Father’s Day afternoon tea style pop up on Sunday the 21st which will be pre booking only 😀

As always thank you all for supporting us and we should have plenty more pop ups, give away competitions, bistro nights and whatever else we come up with on our week off 😊

We will be offering the following menu for Sunday 21st of June (Father’s Day) however everybody is welcome to book 😀
Everything listed on the menu will be served on a afternoon tea stand and we will have ice cold pint glasses waiting for your arrival if you wish to bring beer 🍻
We can also accommodate vegetarians with a halloumi and avocado bap to substitute pulled pork and mini corn on the cobs to substitute the spiced chicken
The price will be £28.50pp with a £10 deposit per person to pay when booking which will be deducted from the final bill.
