Swifties Beer Welcome to the home of Swifties We chose to brew a beer that reflected Cornish lifestyle and good times with friends.

Sticking with that theme we kept it simple by using only Malt, Hops, Yeast, Wheat and Water to brew a smooth, golden beer crafted to the quality of a real ale and fermented to give a clean lager taste. A careful ageing process, hand pitched whole hop flowers the finest English pale and crystal malts combined with bottom fermenting yeast come together to create a uniquely flavourful, yet remarkably easy-drinking beer with none of the usual blandness associated with mainstream lager.
