Our Leek & Tarragon Chicken Liver Pâté is one of the most distinctive flavours we make. Smooth, rich chicken liver blended with slow‑sweated leeks for natural sweetness, then lifted with fresh tarragon for that clean, aromatic finish. It’s a proper standout: bold, elegant, and unlike any pâté you’ll find on a supermarket shelf.

We’re a husband and wife team, and our pâté journey started very simply, we began making it for ourselves, our family and our friends.

After lots of encouragement from a family member, we took the leap and decided to start selling it. ❤️

We honestly never imagined just how much support we would receive in these first few months. Every order, recommendation, like, comment and share has meant so much to us and has helped our little business grow.

We’re passionate about making our pâté with good, simple ingredients and creating something we’re genuinely proud to put our name on.

Fresh pâté deliveries out today. 🚚

This morning we’ve stocked:

📍 Dyserth Butchers
📍 Poynton’s Butchers, Old Colwyn
📍 Abbey Farm, Rhuddlan

Unlike many mass-produced pâtés filled with preservatives, stabilisers and unnecessary additives, we keep ours simple: British chicken livers, real butter, fresh herbs and quality ingredients.

Just proper handmade pâté. Nothing else.
