Well I know we've been quiet but we've been very busy! Between family life, building stock and booking events we've totally forgotten social media exists!

So it's time to give you all an early warning! We're going to be at Cambridge Living History Fair! We will have our special Autumn Mead with us!

Our lovely Americans! You wanted a taste of England over there? Well now you can get our recipe for Spiced Chai over there!

We love that the label is in our colours and trust us as it's one of our best sellers. You need it!

The time has arrived friends…allow us to introduce THE ENGLISHMAN!

While visiting the UK, we were lucky enough to meet and work with the mead-makers of Dreaded Mead in Lancashire, England. Amid the story telling, knowledge sharing, and lots of laughs, our friends Mr. and Mrs. Mead, shared with us their recipe for their Spiced Chai Mead which blew us away at first sip. This sweet metheglin brings the flavors of an English Breakfast tea together with warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. We have recreated their recipe using the same ingredients in the same proportions but with American honey.

This mead holds a special place in our hearts because it is a testament not only to the long-standing English traditions that paved the way for our modern meads, but also to a wonderful friendship with some truly good folks.

Well we know it's back to our usual wet and miserable weather! How about we put a smile on your faces!

Autumn Mead that last year sold out in 2 days is officially released! And this time we've taken advice from a good friend of ours and "made more".

This mead is made by caramelising honey with apples and cinnamon! Yes it is toffee apple mead!

Well Asylum was well....crazy! We pre-released autumn mead and it swiftly sold out! Don't worry we will be releasing more soon when we've recovered!

In other news Mini Mead has decided he wanted a YouTube channel. So we've made him one! If you're a fan of skiing and adventures feel free to give it a look and maybe subscribe!

Life is made for skiing. Even in summer!

How do folks!

Well as we know it's the crazy run up to Asylum this week. Which means we've been working flat out! Now you would think "let's just get as much stock together of as many flavours as we can" would cut it right?

Well Mrs Mead has had other ideas! She's decided because she loves Asylum so much that you lovely folk coming along are getting a treat!

What treat? Well Mrs Mead has decided that we're going to pre-release a seasonal special a couple of weeks before it's due to release!

I guess Mr Mead might aswell set up a bed in the meadery! Hopefully the labels turn up on time as there has been a delay, otherwise this post is actually irrelevant!
