No more avoiding the oven or sticking to quick meals. My recipe list is full, and I cannot wait to get back to making all my favourite comforting foods! 🍵🌿

🍬✨ Practice makes progress! ✨🍬

Another batch completed and I’m really pleased with how these turned out. 😊

I’ve spent a lot of time researching different infusion techniques, ingredients, textures and methods recently, and every batch teaches me something new. Some experiments work first time, some need a little tweaking, but that’s all part of the learning process.

These came out with a much better texture, cleaner finish and a more consistent shape than some of my earlier attempts, which makes all the trial and error worthwhile. 👌

There’s always more to learn and more techniques to try, but I’m enjoying the journey and seeing the improvements with every batch.

What started as curiosity has quickly become a real passion for learning and creating. 💚

🍋🌿 Today’s bake! 🌿🍋

I’ve been experimenting with different tray bakes recently and decided to make this lemon tray bake. Soft sponge, zesty lemon icing and a colourful sprinkle topping.

It’s not about perfection for me—it’s about learning new techniques, improving with every bake and enjoying the process along the way. 💛

I’ve spent a lot of time researching ingredients, techniques, and different methods to improve my creations. It’s been a real learning curve, but seeing the results makes it worthwhile. Looking forward to experimenting with more flavours and ideas soon. 😊

☕📚 Learning, experimenting, and enjoying the process.

One thing I've discovered is that making infused products isn't just about following a recipe. There's a lot of research involved, understanding different techniques, ingredients, temperatures, textures, and finding what works best for you.

Every batch teaches me something new. Some turn out exactly as planned, others become part of the learning curve, but that's all part of the journey. 😊

I've spent plenty of evenings sitting with a tea or coffee, reading, researching, taking notes, and learning more about infusion methods and recipes. There are so many different approaches, and I'm looking forward to trying new techniques and improving with each attempt.

It's amazing how much there is to learn, and I'm enjoying every step of it. ☕✨
