As you know, Thursday is deadline day but it is also delivery day. That means that you have to get your orders in by 8pm, but also that you will get last weeks orders delivered by 9pm tonight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks straight to your door and already fully prepared, all you have to do is pop the meals in the microwave for 3 minutes and then enjoy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do you love Chia Pudding? We do!

Wednesday is prep day in the kitchen. We spend the day getting everything ready so that we can get cracking with the cooking on Thursdays so that your meals are as fresh as if you made them yourself!

Our Chia Pudding is full of blueberries, so it’s not only flavoursome & full of all the benefits of blueberries but the colour is stunning. Who doesn’t like to eat pretty food!!

Chia seeds have a whole host of benefits (we will be going into this some more in the joy so distant future) & they help keep you fuller for longer.
