A few weeks ago, this painting, a take on “The Monarch of the Glen' by Christine Morris raised an amazing £400 for Bethany's work! The fundraiser was hosted by Angelina’s Coffee Snug who held a cheese and wine night for the sale.

Christine's story:
“I began painting it during lockdown, and as I spent many hours in my room listening to music and scripture, I thought how fortunate I was having a roof over my head and thought about those who don’t, those who are homeless.

It was at this point I knew and was prompted to raise money for a charity which help the homeless. So, I phoned my friend Joy … [who] suggested Bethany Christian Trust... When I had a look at their website I was amazed at the life-changing services they provide. I spoke to Angelina about my idea, she loved it and agreed to support this event.”

We are so thankful for the continually creative ways people choose to support our work!
