Beautiful Vera all settled into her new home in Aberdeen, complete with a view of the sea 🩵
All of our homebreds are super special to us and will only go to the very best of homes so it has taken a while but we know she’s going to have a fabulous life with Niamh being a Scot’s girl 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Our darling Kiki Dee went off to her forever home this week. Couldn’t be happier as we have found her a home for life where she will be loved (and she’s still a roxwell girl!) thankfully she was doing a weeks ground work session with Toby and went to her new home directly from there so the goodbye wasn’t quite so hard ❤️ wishing her, Daisy and Charlotte all the luck in the world (last pic is Kiks in her new home with her new bestie)

Due to giving up breeding and reducing our own herd we have a few horses looking for new homes.

Alfonso - coloured yearling gelding. Out of a dressage bred mare Deniro x Dimaggio, and a sports stallion Fames Dakota. Estimated to make about 16.1 (ish) Born May 2025, well handled leads nicely. 3 lovely paces, and a super temperament.

Leonardo- bay yearling gelding. Out of a dressage bred mare Ferro x Gribaldi, and a sports stallion Fames Dakota. Estimated to make about 15.2 (ish) Born May 2025, well handled and leads nicely but can be nervous (he gets over it quick, just can be unsure in new situations and around new people). 3 correct nice paces, and a really sweet temperament.

Bowie - Black c**t. Born May 2025. Full brother to Alfonso. Estimated to make around 16.1 (ish) Well handled, 3 lovely paces. Will be fully passported and vaccinated before leaving at weaning time in November. Deposit secures until ready.

Kiki - 16.2, 3 year old mare. Should make 16.3/17 hands. Lestingdale x Ferro x Gribaldi. Super sweet mare, easy to handle. 3 good paces.

Vera - 16.3, 5 year old black mare by Iron. She has 3 lovely paces, backed last year. She needs bringing back into work. She can be quite hot under saddle, gets easily lit up and will jump about (nothing nasty). Does have an ulcer history that is heavily reflected in her price.

Introducing Mr Worldwide, stable name Bowie 🖤 born in the early hours of may 15th. This is the final foal we will breed and Jeanie certainly hasn’t disappointed. We are over the moon with him.

After giving us three beautiful foals we have made the decision to retire fhinastia. After scanning her last year and discovering a month after birth she had quite a nasty haemotoma on her uterus we think that’s her body’s way of saying that’s enough now. She is also 16 this year, she owes us absolutely nothing and will live out her years with us 💕 we’re sure she will feel a bit jealous when Jeanie has her foal this year as if she was a person she is the kind of mum that would breastfeed long after teeth had kicked in! Luckily for her Jeanie is an ‘out of sight, out of mind’ kind of mum so she’ll probably get the opportunity to nanny (or re enact ‘the hand that rocks the cradle’ film)

We felt blessed when she allowed us in the stable just after birthing her first foal with us, Glam. we had been warned by her previous breeder she was extremely foal proud and ‘dangerous’ we felt so bonded with her in that moment. She is settled, happy and very much loved and will want for nothing going into her golden years 💕
