Less Travelled Lamb We now sell high quality pork in whole or half carcasses, hay, straw and sheep fleeces. We raise our stock to high British welfare standards.

We work hard to produce best quality lamb on our small farm near Hamstreet. The meat goes from farm to butcher to you with minimal food miles which is best for the animal and best for the climate. Help support your local British farmer, eat quality meat and reduce the impact on the climate. We sell whole, half or quarter lamb boxes. Delivery is free

gs, two whole shoulders or 4 half shoulders, 16 loin chops, 8 chump chops, 14 cutlets, neck fillet, 1kg mince or a b***d and rolled breast, liver, heart and two kidneys. £190. Half boxes contain 1 leg or two half legs, 1 shoulder or two half shoulders, 8 loin chops, 4 chump chops, 7 cutlets, 1 neck fillet. 500g mince or b***d and rolled breast. Liver, heart and kidney can be included, £3 extra. £95

Quarter boxes contain half the above. Liver, heart and kidney can be included, £3 extra. £47.50

Did you know that using sheep fleece in your garden helps to keep pests off your plants? When they're dry snails won't go over them and unwashed, natural fleece helps keep aphids away. The fleece also adds nitrogen to the soil which will help your plants stay healthy.

Are you beginning to plant out your summer bedding and vegetables?

If so now is a great time to use a mulch. Our sheep fleeces make a great mulch, use some in the bottom of your planting hole, to line your pots and hanging baskets and put round your plants to keep the moisture in.

£4.25 per fleece. Collect direct from the farm.

We want to say a big thank you to all our customers over the last few years for supporting less travelled lamb and pork. For various reasons we have decided not to continue lambing, selling our meat privately (except for whole and half pigs) or selling at farmers' markets.

We have enjoyed selling our high quality meat and the feedback from our regular customers who have all commented on the flavour of the meat so it was a decision not lightly taken.

We would like to thank the organisers of Sellindge, Northiam and Egerton Farmers'markets for letting us sell our produce at their monthly/weekly markets and all our customers there. We will miss you as well as the other stall holders.

Please continue to support local farmers and buy local produce, now more than ever as we have the best welfare standards in the world.

Great idea, please show your support for farmers by wearing wellies on Tuesday. We're going to the London rally as I'm sure lots of local farmers are.

Wolsingham School in County Durham has agreed to back a campaign from one of its students to swap their shoes for wellies on November 19 to show their backing of British farmers. 🤝

"It's a brilliant idea, and I think we can go wider than this by getting the message across to workplaces too."
