We are seeking a new Chef to join our team
Job Title: Chef
Location: Rugby, CV212PE
Company: CVC Kitchen
Responsibilities:
-Oversee food preparation, cooking, & presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
-Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
-Manage kitchen orders and logistical timings
-40 hours week +/-
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume catering or restaurant setting.
-Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
-Strong leadership & management skills with the ability to inspire & motivate a team.
-Creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
-Organisational and time management skills.
-Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
