Having depleted Nashville Tennessee of it's chocolate, salted caramel gelato and bacon (now that was hard work), I've moved on to fresh hunting grounds - St Albans. I love good food and I love people who love to make good food. And I love to talk to the good people who make the good food and to hear and share their stories. And I would walk 500 miles

500 more for that perfect piece of crispy bacon. I might have to - crispy bacon is a bit of a mission in Blighty. It is a fact - a strong local food industry can turn a city into a destination.
