From this Saturday I am back to group as a consultant 🥳 I'm so happy and excited to be back - and a huge thank you to Debbie Ashley for covering for me over the past few weeks 🥰

It will only be the Saturday groups for now - but watch this space!

I went back to group yesterday as a member - I skipped last week as I wanted to let the lovely Debbie get to know everyone properly.

With everything that's going on, I will take the tiny gain I had ☺️ and this week I will get rid of it, and hopefully more!

There's never shame in a gain - it's all about knowing where the gain came from and learning how to gain control ❤️

It's been a really bizarre week not having any groups to run - safe to say I can't wait to get back to it ❤️

For now, we have the lovely Jackie Sherrie Brougham running the Tuesday evening group, and the fabulous Debbie Ashley running the Saturday morning 🥰 I can't thank these ladies enough!

Groups will still be on, just not me running them... For now 🤞🏻

For those who don't know, I am taking a break from my role as a consultant, and this week is my last for a while 💔
I am heartbroken to be leaving, but it's not forever, it's just for now.

Last night I was so overwhelmed by the cards, gifts, a small florist worth of flowers and even people with my face tattooed on them 😂😂😂

I am so unbelievably grateful for everything Slimming World has given to me - especially the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and being able to help them feel happier and healthier in their own skin ❤️

If you have been with me before as your consultant, or are thinking of joining as a new member, this week is a great week to come along and find out just how special these wonderful groups of people are 🥰

A word of encouragement 💞

The other day I got a pair of denim shorts and a cropped pair of jegging type trousers, both from the same shop, and both the same size.

I tried the black shorts on first, struggled to get them on and fastened, and they were insanely tight - I will not be wearing them 😂 and I felt absolutely gutted that my normal size didn't fit.

I threw them on top of the other pair that were layed on the bed, then noticed something...

I then tried on the other pair and they fit perfectly.

Both from the same shop, both the same size on the label, but at least a size difference in the measurements 🙈

Don't ever let the size on the label make you feel bad, it's just a label 😘
