Been batch cooking loads lately, it's definitely the way to go when you have a baby. You can spend 30 mins prepping then leave it all day and you end up with amazing food that will do usually 4 to 6 meals for 2 people. Then you've got super quick and easy tasty meals for during the week.

Pack of chopped pancetta
1 bottle of red w**e
Jar of pickled silverskins onions
As many baby mushrooms as you want
Finely chopped carrot, onion and celery (optional)
500ml beef stock
Cornflour (to thicken at the end)
Brown the beef and pancetta then remove. Soften your finely chopped veg if using. B**g everything together in your slowcooker (excluding cornflour) and mix it up. Cook onnlow for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Last 60 - 30 mins, combine 3 teaspoons of cornflour with around 25ml of cold water and mix till smooth. Add to the slowcooker and mix. Make sure you allow enough time to thicken and for the flour taste to cook our before you serve.
