There’s something special about a voice that doesn’t need a big production behind it.

On Saturday 12th September, we welcome Angelina Grimshaw back to Goddards Brewery - this time for a solo evening of blues, roots, folk and a whole lot of soul.

An Isle of Wight songwriter and musician with a deep love of the great blues and folk traditions, Angelina draws inspiration from artists such as Bessie Smith, Ma Rainey and Blind Willie Johnson, while bringing her own unmistakable character to the music.
Expect soulful vocals, stories, old favourites and songs of her own, all with that wonderfully raw, lived-in quality that makes Angelina's performances so captivating.

🏏☀️ THE ARRETON CRICKET CLUB END OF SUMMER FAIR IS BACK! ☀️🏏

We’re delighted to be hosting Arreton Cricket Club once again as they bring their End of Summer Fair to Goddards Brewery!

Join us on Saturday 12th September from 11am–3pm for a great day out with the local community, all in aid of raising funds for the cricket club.

…and plenty of good old-fashioned summer fun!

After joining us for our Folk & Ale Fest, this talented Isle of Wight group of experienced musicians are returning for another evening of fantastic traditional and contemporary folk music.

Summer is pretending it isn't over. The evenings are getting shorter. And somewhere inside Goddards Brewery, Flight Club is quietly continuing its operations.
The procedure remains unchanged.

Order any burger between 5pm and 8pm and three 1/3 pints of b**r will be placed in your vicinity.
