🍂🍺🎶 IT’S FOLKTOBERFEST DAY! 🎶🍺🍂

Today’s the day! Folktoberfest is happening at Goddards Brewery from 2pm–9pm and we’re ready for an afternoon and evening of folk, Morris dancing, great b**r, good food and plenty of autumnal merriment.

Here’s what’s happening throughout the day 👇

🌿 2:00–2:30pm | Mr Baker’s Dozen
We’ll kick things off with traditional English Morris dancing, with Molly, Border, Playford and Cotswold styles.

⚓ 2:30–3:30pm | Brighstone Barnacles
Sea shanties, Island songs and popular favourites from this much-loved local group of singers. Expect plenty of harmonies, character and good humour!

🌿 3:30–4:00pm | Moonshine Border Morris
More Morris dancing with energetic stepping, traditional stick work and plenty of character.

🎸 4:30–6:30pm | Berlingo Flick
A folky mix of originals and choice covers - from traditional and modern folk to some punky folk.

🎻 7:00–9:00pm | Folklore Trio
Guitar, fiddle, banjo and bodhrán, bringing together traditional folk tunes, classic jazz instrumentals, timeless melodies and a touch of French café charm.

🍂🍺 AND OF COURSE… HARVEST HOME ALE!

Our special Folktoberfest b**r is available for just £5 a pint.

A rich, warming red ale with smooth malt character, bright citrus notes and a gentle touch of warming spice - perfect for a crisp autumn day.
