Wow… it’s been a busy week so far! 🥹💛

There’s been so much baking, planning and prepping happening behind the scenes for some upcoming events, along with a few exciting new things! 👀✨

I’m doing my best to keep The Bake Shed stocked up, but if it looks a little emptier than usual, that’s why! Please bear with me while I juggle everything. 💕

I’ll have a selection of your favourite brownies, blondies, stuffed cookies, traybakes and more available while stocks last.

💛 Even better, a percentage of all bake sales on the day will be donated to Create a Dream Foundation, helping to create special memories for children living with life-limiting illnesses.

Looking for something fun to do this summer? Come along for a relaxed afternoon of cake decorating – no experience needed! Whether you’re coming with a friend, your child, or on your own, everyone is welcome. 💛

📅 Saturday 25th July
⏰ 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Choose from:

🎂 5” Two-Layer Cake Workshop – £40 per person
Decorate your own 5” two-layer vanilla sponge cake with jam filling, already coated in smooth vanilla buttercream and ready for you to get creative! Each cake serves around 6–8 portions.

🧁 Cupcake Decorating Workshop – £20 per person
Decorate 6 vanilla cupcakes using a selection of buttercream, piping tips and edible decorations.

✨ Everything is provided, including buttercream, piping bags, nozzles, tools and decorations, and you’ll box up your creations to take home.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent & child spaces are welcome! Share one cake for £45 (maximum of 2 people per cake/decorating space).

☕ Free tea & coffee will be available, with soft drinks available to purchase.

💷 A £10 non-refundable deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due by 20th July.

☀️ The Bake Shed Summer Club ☀️

Just one week to go until school is out!

Starting Sunday 19th July, children can collect their Summer Club Passport from The Bake Shed and take part in 6 weeks of summer activities.

A new activity sheet will be released every Sunday, with the final activity week starting Sunday 23rd August.

Each completed activity earns a stamp in their passport. Collect 4 or more stamps to be entered into a prize raffle! 🤍

Activities include:

🔎 Scavenger Hunt
🎨 Colouring Competition
✨ Bake Shed Bingo
🍬 Guess the Number of Sweets

Rich, fudgy chocolate brownie loaded with crunchy hazelnut pieces and topped with everyone’s favourite chocolate.
