Heres an unusual cake that went out last night

A metal detectorists cake for a 60th birthday

Never been asked of one so it was challenge on

8inch vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and butter icing Covered in fondant icing, all Decorations handmade out of fondant icing so everything is edible.

A lot of hours of stress and near tiers went in to making the decorations but in the end I got there and happy with the final result

In relation to last post about easter treat boxes here in what you will be getting i have forgot to buy the easter marshmallows so them are not in the box in pictures but will be

£16 a box
1st chocolate cupcake with chocolate butter icing and fondant disk saying happy easter
2nd vanilla cupcake topped with white icing and easter sprinkles ( like old school cake)
3rd malteser crispie cake bar topped with milk chocolate and malteser bunny
4th mini egg Brownie drizzled with white chocolate and mini eggs on top
5th creme egg cookie pie drizzled with milk chocolate, chocolate butter icing and creme egg
6th pink and white mini marshmallows sprinkled around
7th easter marshmallows missing in pictures
