We’re delighted to introduce our newest residents… Regis, Granit and Fee, our adorable Kune Kune pigs!

Known for their friendly nature and gentle personalities, Kune Kune pigs are happiest grazing on grass and love a good hello from visitors.

Regis, Granit and Fee have already settled in beautifully and are quickly showing off their cheeky characters — we’re completely smitten!

We hope our guests enjoy seeing them as much as we do ❤️🤍

Two lively ladies, one unforgettable farm tour 🐄🐑🌾

They came curious… and left with muddy boots, full hearts, and a whole new appreciation for farm life.

Ben showed them around our livestock shed, talked them through calving and lambing season, and gave them a real behind-the-scenes look at what daily life on the farm actually involves.

From feeding lambs (definitely a highlight!) to learning how much care, time, and dedication goes into raising our animals — this wasn’t just a visit, it was a proper hands-on experience.

Because here, it’s not just about seeing the farm… it’s about understanding it.

Another fantastic day hosting a farm tour — this time hosting the DEFRA PMO as part of the Livestock Information Transformation Program team for an in-depth, behind-the-scenes farm tour.

We walked through the reality of day-to-day farming — giving honest insight into how a working farm operates, the decisions we make, and the pressures we manage every single day, led by your host Ben Hastings, combining extensive hands-on farming knowledge with years of DEFRA experience, bringing real depth and practical insight to every tour.

A big focus was helping the team truly understand the real-life impact of policy on farming — not just on paper, but on the ground. From livestock management and daily routines to compliance, costs, and time pressures, it was a valuable opportunity to show how policies directly shape how farms are run and the challenges farmers face.

It was also a great chance to have open conversations about the benefits of change, where things can improve, and how the industry and policymakers can collaborate better work together.

A brilliant, engaged group — asking questions, getting involved, and showing a genuine passion to understand and support British farming. Opportunities like this really matter.

Great to have the support of forward-thinking partners like Te Pari, Clipex and Shearwell helping drive innovation, efficiency, and real change on farm. Collaboration like this is key to shaping a stronger future for British agriculture.
