We went through a lot of milk today because our lovely customers were keen on hot chocolate! So we took notice and are in the throes of developing a decadent hot chocolate range. We're still working on the aesthetics but we can't resist having cream and marshmallows in the mix. Keep asking for our decadent hot chocolates (white and milk chocolate). Perhaps it's worthwhile getting an alcohol license for the parents who would like a shot of Baileys in theirs? What hot chocolate flavours would you like to see?

Coffee on the Coast ☕🐴
Tomorrow is a special milestone for Willow’s Earth. It's our first ever beach ride at Hayling Island with The Eleventh Hour Concierge and Chapter Eleven Private Experiences. Willow and I are all set after a road‑trip adventure, overnight stabling at Foxhill Livery, and a bright orange horsebox courtesy of Medway Horsebox Hire. I’m also excited to share that riders will be getting a sample of our Romantic Italian brew in their goodie bags. A magical morning deserves magical coffee. I’ve written all about the journey and I've added some eco‑friendly tips for anyone planning their own beach ride.

Good morning! It’s our last weekend trading here at The Chequers Inn working alongside the Kentish Garden Pub. We’re ‘rearing’ to go and make it a memorable weekend. At Willow’s Earth, we’ve got:

At Willow's Earth we love coffee so much we're even willing to promote and learn from the competition. This morning Willow's Earth Coffee founder, Angelique Ruzicka was invited by Corban Coffee Roasters. Owner Denver Anderson gave me a mini tasting session at his roastery at Chart Farm. It's an impressive operation and his Nicaragua coffee was sublime. If you want to find out more about coffee, Denver has some space at his coffee workshop on 10 October 2026.

I’m really pleased that we’ve become a wholesale partner of Bird & Blend. Sampling one their matchas this morning and it really is like a hug in a mug, especially if it’s made with oat milk and a dash of caramel syrup! 😋🍵

I'm absolutely thrilled to get this amazing review for an event we did at St Faith's Prep over the weekend. Hayden was an amazing wizard with his bubble tea and had a crowd of kids watching his every move as he mixed and talked about the flavours and syrup options. I'm so proud of our little company and our efforts. But we can't do it without our wonderful customers and we're grateful to have them!

Morning everyone,
I’ve woken up feeling really unwell today, so I won’t be able to run Willow’s Earth at The Chequers Inn this morning.
I’m really sorry to miss you all. It's definitely not how I planned to start the day, but I need to rest and recover.

Thank you so much for your understanding and kindness. I’ll be back serving coffees and treats as soon as I’m feeling better.
