Our Assay Liquorice Gin has been with us from very early on, it's a homage to Trebor Bassets, another local legend and it certainly is a mellow well-rounded London Dry Gin with plenty of character and 14 other botanicals.

Just want to say a big Thank you to all who joined us yesterday. It was a fantastic day, so lovely to see so many come and try our products and genuinely love them too!
If you enjoyed yesterday, would like to see more or have serious FOMO because you couldn't make it we're happy to announce our full annual Summer event is on the 25th July, so get it in your diaries!
