Súp - chicken and vegetable soup (meat) or tofu and vegetable Soup (vegan)

Bánh xèo - a crispy Vietnamese pancake filled with either shrimp and pork (meat) or vegetables and mushrooms (vegan)

Miến trộn - sweet potato vermicelli with vegetables, dried tofu, and crunchy peanut flakes (vegan)

And for dessert, either bánh bò thốt nốt, palm sugar honeycomb cake (vegetarian) served with coconut milk or bánh chuối, Vietnamese banana cake (vegan) - the perfect ending to your meal!
