Very grateful to live by the sea, drink beautiful w**es and sit on big rocks though.
This Marlborough, New Zealand Chardonnay arrived yesterday, alongside a new Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir.
Lively Chard, Rich & textural. Lemon curd, toasted chestnuts and sea spray finish. Yum.
Selection Massale is run by Dan Gillett, founder of New Zealand’s foremost organic and natural w**e distribution company.
Fruit is sourced from various organic vineyards across New Zealand, Dan set out to produce consistently delicious, well made, organic w**es that best represent variety, region, and vineyard.
“Selection Massale” is the French term used to describe the traditional method of vineyard propagation, and represents a selection of unique w**es from unique vineyards from around New Zealand.
Excited to also add some Central Otago Riesling & Pinot Noir to our shelves from one of our favourite New Zealand growers— La Ferme de Sato, which joins their stunning Chenin Blanc. All very low intervention w**emaking, certified organic & Biodynamic methods used.
Here till 8pm this evening, sun is hot and w**es are chilled. 😎
