It’s a new week again. Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.

Finally had some rain. Our gardens and farmers were dancing. Lol

We are open 12-10 Monday to Friday. Saturday 12-11. Sunday 12-10.

A very good morning to you all. Well what can we say. Island Flavours took off like a rocket yesterday. A fantastic addition to the area. They will be back on Saturday and Sunday.

We are open as usual today at 12. (Sorry no deliveries 🚚).

What a day!!! Queue at the door before we opened! Curried goat sold out in first two hours. So don’t worry guys we will double if not treble it for next weekend as we will be open Friday Saturday and Sunday. Lots of time to get a taste of the Caribbean 🇯🇲.

Wow!!! Absolutely bursting out the door!!

Island Flavours has taken off with a bang. So busy! If you want some get a move on. Selling like hot cakes or fried dumplings. Lol

Curried goat is amazing. I’ve never tried it before. Not over spicy. Fine for all pallets.

Jerk chicken has a good kick to it. Loved it!! Rice and peas soo nice. Steamed veg, rainbow coleslaw and mac and cheese.
