Bành Xèo is a crispy, savoury & fragrant pancake with beansprout filling - essentially, it is accompanied with fresh herbs and punchy nước mắm sauce.

Back home, we like to roll mouthfuls of the banh xeo and herbs in lettuce leaves, so we can dip them in the sauce (You can eat them however you wish). 🤤

Fun fact: The name derives from its sizzling (xèo) noise when it hits the hot frying pan! 💥💥💥

To kickstart this year, We’re now taking private orders from today until the 19th at 12pm - so that deliveries can take place on the following Saturday & Sunday. 💃🏻

Everything will be made to order, so it’ll be extra fresh!

Vietnamese meatballs (Xíu mại) is an authentic native dish, which originates from the city of Đà Lạt. Xíu mại is a popular scran for breakfast and is usually paired with a warm hearty bánh mì! 💛

So far, it has been pleasure serving our vegan bánh mì xíu mại subs - these only make occasional appearances on our menu, so keep an eye out for them! 🔥
