Rôtisserie Hercule, serving deliciously succulent porchetta, chicken & beef at weddings, parties & corporate events.

Derived from French rôtisserie, from rôtir 'to roast'. Our inspiration for Hercule came from the rôtir vans dotted across France. Rescued from his previous life as a horse box, our 1966 Citroen van has been transformed in to a mobile rôtisserie. Our locally sourced meats are cooked slowly on the spit, so they're juicy and tasty. Our favourite is succulent porchetta, a traditional Italian street fo

od, but our beef and chicken are delicious too! It's a great alternative to a hog roast or BBQ. All our pork, beef and chickens are free-range and come from Lawns Farm, just 6 miles from home.
