We are so excited to be back cooking The Newt in Somerset in September for a Harvest Supper double bill. Friday is now sold out, so we added a second date - Thursday 10th. If you fancy joining us for a bountiful feast of the season, all cooked over fire, grab your tickets. Yesterday was a special one 🔥 8 years ago we hosted a beautiful wedding at Roth Bar & Grill for one of three sisters. 4 years ago we hosted the middle sisters wedding at St Giles House. Yesterday we completed the trilogy, and cooked a feast over fire for the youngest sister. The sun shone on all three weddings. Thank you to the Morris family, we loved making memories with you all 🥰 So much love and good vibes to Nancy & Harry ❤️ Lucy & Mike ❤️ Milly & Danny ❤️ and their master planner Mum, Cathy! 💃

No pain no gain! 😭 Nothing ever tries to eat our gooseberries, not the birds, the slugs or the snails! So I painstakingly pick all of them every year - here’s hoping this weekends guests appreciate the prickly pain I went through navigating the huge thorns to gather this haul 🤣
