Lunch delivered to a couple celebrating 30 years of marriage.

They had lunch in the garden. Salmon and Coronation Chicken stared as the protein. I then made Waldorf Salad, Coucous Salad, Rice Salad, Mixed leaf Salad and new Potatoe. Little cheese selection on the side.

Chocolate and Caramel cake going out for a Birthday Boy.

3 layers of chocolate chip fudge cake, layered with chocolate ganache and caramel sauce with extra white chocolate chips. Finished with white and milk chocolate icing and decorated with a selection of chocolate on top.

We served up Glazed Ham with Cauliflower Cheese, New potatoes and veg. Toffee sponge with caramel sauce and custard.

Sending final invoices from the weekend jobs this morning and lovely to get messages of thanks for food on Saturday.

Grazing is always a bit hard as final bits and set up can only be done once delivered so have to allow time for that too but it does make for a food statement.

Last one this week. A little buffet for a family celebrating a 70th Birthday. The family gathered together to spend time together and make memories.

The family want a light buffet lunch so met with customer, came up with a menu and delivered it with cold and warm elements (sausage rolls straight from the oven and Indian Bites too) ready for the guests to enjoy.

Sandwiches,Sausage rolls, Quiche, Indian bites, Crudités and then some little cake for tea time.

Grazing boards are a great way of having a buffet selection and we work with the customer to have things on the boards that all the guests will enjoy, along with classic signature pieces.
