WARNING

We have recently been employed by a property developer to complete a partially built extension on a house bought at auction. He thought that choosing the guys that gave him the cheapest price would be a good idea, but after falling out with them is now faced with further costs to put the place right. While tracing the cabling in the “rewired” house we came across this effort under the floor. To point out the obvious, this is so dangerous and potentially life threatening I’ve been angry since removing it. I can’t understand why people think that the cheapest price is always the best when they think about builders but they wouldn’t have someone on minimum wage work on their car!! Thanks for reading my rant and make sure you have confidence in the workmen you employ!!!

Lovely post from a lovely client showing pictures of our recent project in Kirkliston. The project was to convert the existing double garage into a new kitchen and family room. It goes without saying that we always try our very best on every project but it’s really nice to see that it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Monday saw the start of our newest project. Demolition work well on its way. Looking forward to remodelling the whole elevation!
