Two vans, 33°C heat and plenty of ice cream—it must be a summer staff celebration! ☀️🐟🍦

On Friday, we had the pleasure of catering at the Pico Technology Summer Staff Event, serving freshly cooked fish and chips alongside ice cream and our fully stocked toppings station.

It is always a proud moment when we take more than one van to an event. It shows just how far the business has come—and creates a brilliant atmosphere as the team works side by side to keep everything running smoothly.

With temperatures reaching 33°C, it was certainly a hot one for everyone working in the vans! Thankfully, the team had the added advantage of a few ice lollies to help keep them cool. 🧊

A fantastic summer event, a hardworking team and lots of happy guests—exactly what Fridays should look like! 💛

Two events, one busy Friday and a brilliant day for Team THP! 🚐🐟🍟

While our team was out covering two different events, beautiful Beryl was busy helping Thompson Smith and Puxon celebrate their summer staff event. ☀️

We served up freshly cooked fish & chips for the team — always a great choice for bringing everyone together and adding a little something special to a workplace celebration.

Busy days like these take plenty of planning behind the scenes, but we love seeing our vans out doing what they do best. 💛

Back at Brakes Sysco Tamworth — and that’s exactly the kind of relationship we like to build. 💛

This week we returned to Brakes Tamworth to cater for the team during their Directors Roadshow, serving up freshly cooked food across the site. 🐟🍟

Repeat bookings like this are particularly important to us because one of our key objectives at THP Corporate Catering is to build long-term relationships with our customers — becoming a catering partner they know they can rely on, rather than simply turning up for a one-off event.

Every site is different, and the more we work with our customers, the better we understand their teams, shift patterns and what makes an event work for them.

There’s something about freshly cooked fish and chips that brings everyone together. 🐟🍟

We catered today for Group Services at the Greencore Spalding Meals site, serving fish and chips to staff in their lunch-hour.

From the first pieces of fish going into the fryer to the final portions being handed over, everything was freshly cooked and served directly from our mobile catering unit.

But the best part wasn’t simply seeing the food leave the van—it was seeing colleagues step away from their working day, enjoy lunch together and happily stop for a photograph afterwards. 💛

The best compliment in catering? Being invited back. 🙌

We were delighted to return to Sysco at Park Royal to cater for their annual Director Roadshow—another event delivered for one of our valued repeat customers.

Corporate catering isn’t simply about serving great food. It’s about understanding the site, working around the day’s schedule and providing a smooth, reliable service that allows everyone else to concentrate on the event.

Returning to a familiar location always feels special, and it was lovely to see the Brakes team again. Thank you for continuing to place your trust in THP Corporate Catering. 💛

🐟🍟 Fish & Chips across ALL the shifts at Greencore Bourne! 💚

We were back at Greencore in Bourne this week, catering across all of their shifts with one of our absolute favourites – freshly cooked Fish & Chips! 😋🐟🍟

We’re really proud of the quality of fish we serve. Our Cod is prime Cod, freshly frozen at sea to lock in that freshness and quality before it reaches our fryers👌

And some of the pieces this week were absolutely HUGE… we’re talking as big as whales! 🐋😂🐟

One of the nicest parts of the visit was also getting to catch up with an old work colleague – it’s always lovely when our catering travels bring familiar faces back into our lives. ❤️

Another busy Greencore service complete and lots of happy, well-fed teams across the different shifts. 💚🙌

This fantastic smile says it all! Last week, we were at Greencore Spalding Meals, serving our loaded fries across the site during the Summer of Greencore and moments like this are the reason we love what we do.

For us, catering is about so much more than serving great food. It's about creating a memorable experience, putting smiles on people's faces, and giving hardworking teams something to look forward to during their day. 😊

Well... we made it! 💪

As we head into our final shift at Greencore Spalding Salads, helping the SEF team celebrate summer, we thought we'd share this photo... and yes... please excuse us looking absolutely shattered! 😅

It's been one of the busiest weeks we've had in a long time: 🚚 7 consecutive days of work 🌞 Long, hot shifts 🌙 Day shifts, night shifts and even quadruple service sessions 💒 A wedding 🏢 A large corporate event 💚 Time away to say goodbye to a dear friend at her funeral 🍟 Endless stock runs and moving our van around the huge Greencore site 😴 Very little sleep!

Running a family business isn't always glamorous, but moments like these remind us why we love what we do. Seeing thousands of people enjoy their food and knowing we've helped make these celebrations special makes every early start and late finish worthwhile.

A huge thank you to Greencore for trusting us once again and giving us the opportunity to be part of your summer celebrations. We genuinely appreciate your continued support and the fantastic relationships we've built over the years. 💚

Now... one final shift... then maybe a little sleep! 😂

🐟🍟☀️ Another fantastic event with our wonderful partners at Müller UK & Ireland 🍩💙

It was a pleasure to be back serving up the much-anticipated traditional Fish & Chips alongside our delicious fresh Mini Donuts at their summer event. There's nothing better than seeing everyone enjoying great food together! 😍

We're incredibly grateful for the relationships we've built over the years with Müller. Working with returning customers year after year means so much to us, and we're proud to continue supporting their staff events with food that brings people together.
