Who said comfort food can't level up?

This is my Turkey & Bacon Bolognaise made with Spoilt Pig Unsmoked Back Bacon — nitrite-free, slowly matured in Devon, and honestly? Game changer.

Lean turkey mince, loads of veg + chunks of that gorgeous Great British bacon = rich, smoky-salty depth WITHOUT the nasties. Served over fluffy rice, topped with fresh basil from my windowsill garden 🌱

Sweet heat meets beefy goodness. Keep It Rural | Home Counties Honey Hot honey mince flatbread with homemade burger sauce because why should burger buns have all the fun?

Here's what you do.. 😉

Season 100g beef mince + press thin onto one side of flatbread.
Fry mince-side down in hot pan 3-4 mins till cooked.
Flip, toast flatbread side 1-2 mins.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, burger sauce, herbs and don't forget the very important drizzle of Keep It Rural | Home Counties Honey hot honey and ENJOYYYYYYY 🍯🌶
