A good excuse for our host to open a special bottle they’d been holding onto for a while, paired with a Lincolnshire Poacher brown butter crumpet as a little extra course.

A very very special 80th birthday party catered for yesterday! (my very own amazing Grandma) Fair to say it was a scorcher!! 🥵 spiced lamb or chicken flat breads, salsa verde, mint yoghurt and picked red onions. A range of salads including those beautiful . Didn’t take a lot of pictures during service as I was rather busy serving over 100 lovely people!
