Today we handed over a box of our bees for a couple of friends to start their bee keeping journey 🐝 it’s lovely to see people so enthusiastic.

As a thank you, we were gifted these lovely handmade coasters. I absolutely love them.

The wet weather is slightly welcomed here! It means we can’t do anything outside with the bees but we can start processing the heather honey.

We are toying with the idea of not pressing all of it, but seeing if there is market for selling whole frames in a nice cardboard box. Potentially a good idea for gifting to someone… 🤔

Don’t worry, they’ll tell you 😆😉

Do we talk about bees too much? It’s a great ice breaker when meeting new people, because everyone has as experience of bees they like talking about…whether it’s seeing a swarm, or being stung!

We went to check on the hives up on the moors today…The heather is stunning to see! And the girls have been mega busy ❤️...
