Maybe even tonight, as I go shopping first thing for ingredients.

Another satisfied customer, my lovely neighbour Emma Brandon .
For some reason this week, Tameside had a drought on fresh dill.
So I was left with no option but to use fresh mint(which I have an abundance of in the garden).
I know it works, but my original Greek Tzatziki recipe is with dill.

Well one of the tastiest meals ever, made for Ali and I last night.
Crispy pork belly burger coated with a delicious sticky Thai glaze, lettuce and homemade pickled carrots cucumber and red onion.
Served with homemade fries, and sweetcorn ribs glazed in a herby oil.
Absolutely banging, and paired with my Authentic Spanish Alioli WOW.
Try this guys, you won't be disappointed 🤪😜
