Centrepiece Cakes is you specialist cake designer and baker, I am formerly known as Bakealous Bespoke Cakes. I have built up a fantastic reputation throughout Hertfordshire, Essex and the home counties. I produce bespoke luxury Wedding Cakes & Celebration Cakes - designed to your exact requirements with a taste to match the appearance. My attention to detail has set me apart and enabled me to produce some of the most amazing cakes for Weddings and other special occasions since 2003, right up to the present day. After years of practice and honing my craft, I finally found my passion in making handmade sugar flowers, and have spent tireless hours perfecting these skills.

Roses & Ruffles - this beauty was set up at the stunning venue Fairmont Windsor Park last year and omg, this wedding was a statement!

Handmade sugar roses, hydrangeas and eucalyptus along with 2 tiers of fondant ruffles (which took hours to do) but the outcome shows the love I put into each and every cake I create.
