Brisket. Birria. Cheese. All packed into one absolutely filthy toastie. 🤤🔥

Tender, slow-cooked brisket, loads of melted cheese and that rich birria flavour running through every bite — then dipped into the consommé for the full experience.

Crispy on the outside, ridiculously juicy in the middle and definitely not one for eating neatly!
