Inspired by Stonehaven Harbour, we bottle whisky with authenticity, provenance and local pride. The name "Kilwhang" is rooted in Stonehaven’s heritage, an old nickname for the town that reflects our deep local connection. It embodies tradition and a genuine nod to the community where our whisky is born. Our logo reinforces this bond - a simple, striking outline of Stonehaven Harbour with the words

“Speed Limit 3 Knots,” evoking the harbour’s character and the town’s timeless coastal spirit. These elements together give Kilwhang its authenticity and charm. It’s a tribute to Stonehaven’s legacy - crafted by locals, for those who appreciate place, provenance and great whisky.

LAST BOTTLE ALERT 🥃

Spotted today in the Aberdeen Whisky Shop : one solitary bottle of our Kilwhang Inchgower 14 Year Old.

It is, as far as we know, the last one available anywhere.
This poor wee bottle has watched all its brothers and sisters head off to loving homes, while it remains on the shelf wondering what it did wrong.
Nothing. It did nothing wrong.

So, if you’re near Aberdeen, get yourself along to the Aberdeen Whisky Shop and rescue the final bottle of our Inchgower 14.

No pressure, but leaving it there would be emotionally irresponsible.

On the 20th of June, The Haven in Boston hosted the official release and exclusive first tasting of the Kilwhang x The Haven Dailuaine 13-Year-Old Single Malt.

A huge thank you to Mackie Rugby Club for their incredibly kind words.

It has been a real privilege for Kilwhang Whisky to play a small part in celebrating 50 years of Mackie Rugby with this special anniversary single malt bottling.

From cask selection and label design through to bottling and handover, we were proud to help create something that reflects the history and community of the club.

We’re delighted the whisky has been so well received by members, supporters and the wider rugby community.

This special release celebrates Scotland’s qualification to the 2026 World Cup

Our latest Kilwhang bottling is a Dailuaine 13 Year Old single malt, created in collaboration with The Haven in Boston and is now available to buy!
Tonight, The Haven hosts the official release and exclusive first tasting.
The Haven was founded by Stonehaven’s own Jason Waddleton, who named his Boston bar after the town he came from - Stonehaven.
This bottling celebrates that connection: a dram shared between home and away, Scotland and Boston, old roots and new stories.

Kilwhang X The Haven - bottled and labelled today!!
A special wee release to celebrate Scotland’s qualification for the 2026 World Cup and a shared love of Scotch whisky between friends on both sides of the Atlantic.

This Dailuaine 13 Year Old single malt has been drawn from a single ex-bourbon hogshead and bottled at cask strength, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

A big thank you to Jason and everyone at The Haven in Boston for being part of this story with us.
From Stonehaven to Boston, this one is about friendship, football, whisky and the places that bring people together.

🏆 STONEHAVEN FC VICTORY PARADE 🏆

Join us this Saturday 23rd May as we celebrate our first Premier League title in 32 years!

💛 Parade starts from Market Square, Stonehaven
🖤 Approx. 4:00pm start

💛The players and management team will travel through the town on the Stonehaven Land Train!

📣 Parade Route:
• Start at Market Square (opposite Bank of Scotland)
• Around the square past Baird Park
• Turn at the roundabout and back along David Street
• Up Slug Road past Mackie
• Along Redcloak
• Down to the traffic lights by the station
• Up around Forest Park
• Down Woodcote to the harbour
• Return to Market Square

Come along, make some noise, and help celebrate a historic day for the club and the town! 🏆🐝

Bottle Allocation & Collection Update:
Bottle numbers have now been allocated to everyone who registered their interest.
To complete your order, please email your contact details to:

We will then confirm your bottle number(s) along with payment details (£75 per bottle).

Collection Details:
Bottles will be available for collection at the Redcloak Clubhouse on Saturday 11 April, between 10:00 and 14:00.
Card payments can be taken on the day if you would prefer not to pay in advance.
We appreciate that not everyone will be able to attend the collection day. For those paying by bank transfer, we can arrange local delivery within Stonehaven.
